UNTRUSTWORTHY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID Ron sold a car behind our backs whilst travelling to pick vehicle up the stress he caused disgusting service be warned had to give it a star to write review but doesnt deserve that be warned do not trust

Disgusting customer service.Agreed on Thursday to purchase vehicle, rang on Friday to confirm vehicle still for sale(even offered a deposit which was declined),rang again Saturday to let them know we would be an hour late because of the snow,was told by Ron"not to worry take your time ",sets off up the M6 to macclesfield and gets a call from Ron an hour into our journey who says the car has sold,some guy turned up and bought it while we were travelling???Fuming,couldn't make this up!Disgusting behaviour by a so called respectable dealer,Kramer awaits!!!

Friendly Staff, Ron was very helpfull with the Sale of the car, showed me around and what is what with regarding the car. Would recomend trying this place if you live in the surrounding area, if you're thinking of buying a car.

From talking on the phone to test drive and purchasing, dealing with Ron &Sean at this garage was excellent. No pressure, just friendly and very helpful advice every step of the way. They really do make the whole car buying process relaxed and straight forward. I will be recommending Park Green car sales to everyone!
