My car was originally sent to WT Bell for some warranty work and I've used them ever since, polite honest and friendly service with good communication and reasonable prices, put the car in both years I've had it for MOT with WT Bell and will continue to do so in the future, Thanks Guys.

Sent here by the AA but walked out as was made to feel like I was imposing stared at By staff then spoken down too by a salesman looking down his nose at me left feeling belittled .I would never go here again and would advise others not to . No need for this attitude toward a customer disgusting

I had took my mercedes car for service, but not satisfied with their service at all,I asked for the invoice but after repeated phone calls they took 3 days to send me the invoice. which was still not a proper invoice, they charge me VAT but in invoice they didn't even mentioned the price they charged me, I will never go back to them.
