I purchased a Roller Team Motorhome from Jonathan at Malcolms Motorhomes today. We have been in regular contact with Johnathan over the last few weeks since we first viewed the vehicle. Jonathan was extremely helpful and responded to all our queries very quickly. Just prior to collecting the van we decided on having an alarm fitted which Jonathan arranged very speedily without any delay to the delivery date. The vehicle handover by Stephen was superb, Stephen was happy to take the time to ensure we fully understood all the features of the vehicle. Brilliant service, I would highly recommend

We recently bought a 35k used motorhome from Jonathan of Malcolms Motorhomes. The advert described it as wonderful in excellent condition so we were happy to pay a deposit before viewing. Malcolms Motorhomes say they concentrateon offering customers unparalleled assistance & guidance towards the motorhome of their choice along with exceptional back up, we provide our customers with excellent after sales service - our purchasing & after sales experience was the exact opposite. We bought a Tribute 670 from Malcolm's last year and found them very helpful with no pressure. Unfortunately due to my sleep issues we are having to change our van which is a shame. I would have given five stars if they had motor homes from the likes of Elddis as well but if you want an Autotrail then I recommend Malcolm's.
