We charge a holding deposit of one week's rent, with security deposits up to five weeks registered with the Deposit Protection Service. No administration fees apply post-June 2019.

What are your office hours?

Very bad experience with them as a tenant, never good in reply and if something goes wrong at property you have to call them and wait for days for some 1 to come and fix, once I had to wait 3 days for some 1 to come and fix washing machine but still I got some 1 to fix that, when contract finish and left property they tried every single thing to eat my disposit and left me with peanuts in return. Strongly not recommended.

Have been renting my property with Paul & Co for the last 7 years. I deal with a gentleman called Dev who is professional, courteous and a delight to deal with. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, I have recommended Paul & Co to other friends and they feel the same. Highly recommended. The boys at Paul & co have become good friends now.
