Absolutely shocking service! Went into the office, gave all our details as we needed to know if the landlord would accept one cat. They said they would be in touch the following day. One week later, we phone up and go through it all again with names and contact details - obviously we weren't even on their system. They said they'd phone straight back either way. Three days later, we go back into the office to do it all AGAIN, to be told that three applications had already been filed and viewings had been closed but once again took our details and said they'd be in touch. It's been yet another week
