Ben Cheung from royal docks came yesterday to complete a small job. He called to say he would be early, picked up a part on the way that I asked for and completed the job in a professional and courteous way. He even offered to hoover and tidy up - which tradespeople rarely do these days. Overall I was really impressed with communication and work from these guys and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Diagnosed the problem on the phone, gave a reasonable quote, came very quickly. Ben was excellent. Found an extra problem, gave me options for addressing it and added only a very small amount to the cost. Really nice guy too.
