Took my slow, tired laptop in to these guys without holding out much hope that anything could be done with it, but within a couple of days they'd got back to me with professional advice around my options. I opted to proceed with the recommended upgrades and my laptop was ready to collect a few days later. It now runs like new and at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Really friendly & knowledgeable service & highly recommended.

Have known Mark for a couple of decades, he has always been keen to provide us with the best possible solutions to many PC related problems that we have experienced over the past 20 years or so. On Tuesday this week, our crca 1994 PC, still in use as a database and 'printing machine' for our mail order labels, just 'died' on us - I thought that it was probably 'terminal'. I highly recommend Refresh Support Ltd. for their outstanding customer service support, knowledge and expertise in their field. I recently had a very bad experience at another local tech company which cost me a lot of money buying a part for my laptop I didn't need and it was still not working! I sought a second opinion at Refresh and want to thank them for all their help. I was Kept informed all the way as to what was being done and in less than a week I now have a working laptop which didn't cost me a fortune. These guys certainly live up to their name.
