Alex grew up in Kent & East Sussex and so he knows the area like the back of his hand. He attended Cranbrook Grammar School before heading to the University of Manchester to study English Language & Spanish for which he received a 2:1. Alex has always been interested in property which stemmed from his parents love of renovating tired houses.
He always knew that he wanted to work for himself and create a successful business and so the idea of Pantiles Plumbing & Heating was born. He began the City & Guilds plumbing training course and took an apprenticeship with a local plumber. On completion of the plumbing course he began the Gas Safe training and continued his apprenticeship whilst completing the extensive portfolio required to become Gas Safe qualified.

We also offer a full, from scratch, central heating installation service for those properties that have none. We work closely with several local letting agents and private landlords to provide this service. It is a legal requirement that all properties that are to be let in the UK have Gas Safety Certificates for the boiler issued by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.

This property had undergone a full decorative renovation and update. Pantiles Plumbing & Heating installed a full central heating system at the property as well as a complete family bathroom which had been designed as a collaboration between us and the owners. Please see the photographs below. The jewel in the crown is definitely the beautiful claw footed cast iron bath which sits in the middle of the bathroom.
