Here at Athelstan we aim to provide a happy, calm, relaxed and safe environment for all children to play learn and develop. Our dedicated team are fully qualified in early years care and education and are committed to creating a welcoming environment. All staff are Paediatric first aid trained and have completed child protection training.
The Athelstan benefits from having two large indoor rooms as well as a natural outdoor play space at the front of the building. We have a free flow approach between the rooms as well as structured play activities and directed group time to support children's learning and development across all areas of The Early Years Foundation Stage.

Important Information
Report
Each child is entitled to claim up to 15 hours per week, for those eligible working families may be entitled to 30 hours per week. We ask that all parents/carers have read the nursery policy's and procedures which are located on the front desk. Copies of these are available for parents on request and reviewed regularly at committee meetings and staff meetings.
