End of Tenancy Cleaning
Our comprehensive end-of-tenancy cleaning ensures properties meet landlord requirements for deposit return. We meticulously clean kitchens, bathrooms, carpets, and windows while following inventory checklists. Using professional-grade equipment, we address wear-and-tear cleaning requirements for apartments, houses, and commercial spaces. Our technicians work overnight if needed to accommodate property viewings and marketing schedules.
Window Cleaning
We provide streak-free window cleaning for residential and commercial properties using reach-and-wash systems and purified water. Our services cover ground-floor windows, high-rise buildings, and conservatories across Dorking and Guildford. Regular maintenance schedules ensure businesses maintain professional appearances while homeowners enjoy improved natural light and reduced dirt accumulation.
Carpet Cleaning
Our hot water extraction method removes deep-seated dirt and allergens from carpets and upholstery. Using truck-mounted equipment, we achieve thorough cleaning results for domestic and commercial clients in Surrey. The process includes pre-treatment, deep cleaning, and protective coating application to extend fabric lifespan while maintaining safe, non-toxic environments.
Disinfection Services
We implement certified antiviral cleaning protocols to eliminate pathogens in pubs, restaurants, and offices. Our DEFRA-approved disinfectants provide cross-contamination protection while meeting health and safety regulations. The service includes high-touch surface treatment and fogging applications for comprehensive coverage in both residential and commercial settings.
Commercial Cleaning
Our tailored commercial cleaning packages cover daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance for offices, schools, and retail spaces.
