I am very impressed with the service we received from David and The Estate Agent team(s) especially throughout the initial Covid lockdown. We sold our house with the Southport branch within 2 days and at full ask , we’re looked after brilliantly by our sales progression agent Rebecca Day ! Rebecca is always professional , cheerful, and understanding , she kept us in the loop about everything , was always happy to listen and give great advice ,

We have been extremely impressed with the service we received from the Chorley team. Very professional and friendly throughout. From valuation to completion we always felt that they were on our side. Their advice was knowledgeable and we never felt like they wanted us to reduce, reduce, reduce, just to get off their books and hit targets, which has been our experience with some other agents. My partner recently sold his property with Arnold Phillips and I have to say we were not impressed with the service we received at all. No sales progression is offered and when we contacted them for information we felt fobbed off each time being told "That's what you pay your solicitor for" and received veiled threats that if we insisted on them… finding out any information we would just "lose the sale". Any information we did receive was only available via the agent we were purchasing through. We would definitely not recommend this agent as their customer service is awful with an empathic
