Incredible poor service! In 3 weeks since we started with them, I wast able to speak to Georgina, our Solicitor in this firm although I called countless times. Their portal doesnt seem to work and no matter how many messages I left nobody ever bothered to call me back. Steer away from this firm and spend your money elsewhere.

Abysmal communications. Last minute requests for information requiring extensive searches for information. Ridiculous "money laundering " issues causing last minute panic. Not a happy customer.

Scott was the solicitor I used to buy my house. He was amazing. He basically held my hand through the whole sale he explained everything thoroughly and in a way Id understand. Ive heard so many people complain about their solicitor delaying a sale. This was not the case for me he helped me and pushed my sale through and advised me on everything. Scott was so good all my family and friends now use him and all have had the same amazing and personal service I received. Couldnt recommend more. Thank you Scott !
