We contacted these to help with a landlord who has allowed us to live in a moldy home with an 18month old and refuses to fix the issues. Our solicitor was really poor and unresponsive we sent a huge email and got no reply for weeks. We then received a reply saying we didn't have enough evidence of reporting the same day they sent the same letter to our landlord. The next day we received 2 months notice to leave our property. The solicitor assigned to our case was very helpful and arranged a Surveyor to assess the damages to our home and the lack of support meant we suffered a lot. Thanks to excellent and superb support from Anthony Hodari solicitors the landlord agreed to Tracy's proposal to complete the works And has agreed to pay damages. Your service was exceptional, I was able to get the services the council has hitherto hid from the tenancy agreement, which no lay man will be able to interpret except for the help of a legal expert. If not for your company, I may not have been able to access such services from the London Borough of Southwark.
