Organising a property inventory*. The Tenant will then be checked in against the inventory. This will incur an additional charge to yourself but we do recommend one be provided as it can save a lot of potential issues on check out. We can offer further advice on this, please just ask. Rental payments are done on a monthly basis and will be credited automatically to the Landlord's nominated bank account.
