The worst haircut i have ever had. if they take you upstairs than your haircut will be made by students but still change 45 . I have told that i wont be paying 45 for the haircut that looks so bad. At the back of my head i do not have a straight line but some sort of round line. I talked to the main director and somehow he didn't see a problem with my haircut. I kept showing the back of my head and he didn't understand why i was complaining. He was rude . I would never recommend this place ever to anyone. the main director should see the employees mistakes not pretend that they don't exist

Had my first experience with this salon in the last couple of weeks and it's nothing short of being exceptional.
Went in for a consultation..... Blake listened to exactly what I was looking for and went through all the colour and treatment options with me. I then had my patch test which was set up at the salon before leaving with a pre booked appointment. On the day of the appointment I had a really warm welcome, they were expecting me and greeted me with my name and offereda coffee.i know this sounds simple but you don't get made to feel that welcome in every salon. I went today to have a free hair cut with Haley and thoroughly enjoyed my experience, from the initial consultation, to the massage chair whilst having my hair washed, to my beautiful new cut. Hayley was very easy to talk to and was always checking that I was ok and happy with what she was doing. My family all love my new hair style. Thank you so much xx
