I've had 4 cuts here from two of the young female 'stylists'. 3 of the cuts were average at best and the last time was so shocking I had to return to have it redone by someone else. After complaining to the manager (Richard) I was handed a voucher for a free cut next time. Sorry but there won't be a next time. It would appear that staff aren't trained in cutting gents hair but are prepared to 'give it a go' rather than turn down custom. Two stars are granted for the 3 average cuts. Minus stars for the awful cut and poor customer service.. 17.50 for an apprentice cut!
