Prior to joining the firm as a trainee in 2017, Chlo worked with a regional commercial law firm in Norwich and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Cambridge. Chlo began her training contract in our private client department before moving to our residential property and family departments.

Dan provides specialist commercial property advice acting for a wide range of commercial clients (individuals, companies, pensions schemes, charities) dealing with all types of commercial property - retail, offices, industrial, leisure and development. Dan works closely with a number of commercial Landlords to assist them with the management of their investment portfolios and advise them on all legal aspects of their business.

Gary is a highly experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor in our Disputes team, who has a particular interest in property disputes. Gary is able to provide specialist advice to both landlords and tenants in commercial and residential disputes; in boundary and rights of way disputes; trespass and illegal evictions.
