Karen is one of our mediation administrators. If you mediate with us, you will probably talk to Karen on the phone to set up your appointment, and she will explain the process to you. She is calm and re-assuring and helps make sure things run efficiently! Sally helps manage us all and makes sure everything in the office ticks over smoothly, and helps produce our paperwork.
Peter Baughan

Peter has been involved in an unusually wide range of family cases. These days he specialises in helping ordinary families deal with financial cases in a way that is sensible and affordable. He has a special interest in cases involving family businesses, companies and trusts. A self declared nerd, Peter is determined and analytical and enjoys working with numbers and accounts!

Patricia has been practising family law in Norwich for nearly 25 years (she considers she was a child prodigy!). Patricia was one of the first family lawyers in Norfolk to train as a family mediator in 1997 and established a busy family mediation practice immediately on qualifying which has gone from strength to strength over the years.
