Very disappointing with customer service!!! They asked for a 30 deposit and was late 1 hour saying that the driver was coming in 15 minutes but repeated that 2 times. I was calling and the answer was the driver is on the way. 'Don't worry!' That's when I worry! In the end the driver did the job ok but you don't leave the customer waiting for 1 hour. You can use google to see the traffic and leave at least 30min ahead in case of traffic. This is not the first time!!!

Be warned drivers may try to cheat you! double check price with driver after asking at the office. I was quoted 10 for a trip to City airport after I told the man working there how much luggage we had, when we were dropped off the driver insisted on 15 saying the man in the office quoted us the wrong price . We did not have time to argue as we needed to catch a flight. But after being a loyal customer of A1 minicabs, I'm never going to use then again. UBER would have been half the price. Will never be using them again.
