Slow service, took nearly an hour from being seated to recieving the starters. I had toasted bread with cheese and parma ham, was very nice. The main course took less time to arrive but I was slightly underwhelmed by this as my pizza was not very warm and ended up being cold by the time I'd eaten half. The other people in my party seemed satisfied with theirs, though.

We arrived 15 mins early, and waited at the front where no one appeared to be working front of house. We waited 5 mins before being greeted and then seated. It was 15minutes before our order was taken and then 40 more mins before a starter arrived. After the starter was cleared, we waited another 40minutes before the main course. When challenged that we'd waited nearly an hour and a half for a meal, the waiter walked tot the kitchen and never returned. At the end of the meal, the waiter took payment and vaguely waved his had towards a group of other staff and said "Its their fault". No apologies

Excellent lunch. Top service from the minute we walked in. The manager was very open and honest about a question I had about an item that used to be on the menu and I appreciated this very much. Food came quickly but that didn't affect quality. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back again as usual. Thanks

The pasta filled with scallops and prawns, "panciotto capesante", is the best pasta dish I have ever had! Absolutely delicious! I particularly like that you can choose a smaller portion in the pasta dishes. Well done, Incontri!

My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary, would thoroughly recommend it. We like going to different parts of Italy but sadly during covid we couldn't there, the food here made up for it and hearing the chefs talking Italian was amazing, will definitely be back again.
