I booked a car for 3:30 AM using their app because I had to get a coach by 4 AM. No-one came by 3:33 AM. I called their hotline and they said the driver was 5 minutes away. No-one came by 3:38 AM so I cancelled the booking and had to run all way instead to make my coach on time. :-(

A real nightmare! I had to go to the National Express coach stop on Bath Rd, Reading, so I booked a taxi by phone and specified that - despite I knew the bus stop was adjacent to the Recreation Ground - I had never been there so I needed the taxi driver to know where we were heading. I was reassured that that was not a problem, advised just to tell the driver that I needed to go that 'well-known' coach stop, and so I booked the taxi for a quote of 12. Booked Eagle Cars to go to the airport- asked for a 5am pickup from my house. They were outside at 4:30am and seemed annoyed that we weren't ready to leave yet! We got to put our own suitcases into the boot and take them out ourselves. The driver drove 90+ MPH the whole way down the M4. He didn't speak with us apart from asking which terminal and sat in the drivers seat while we took our suitcases out of the boot. Eagle Cars were cheap, but we opted to go for a different company when we returned from our trip as we didn't appreciate the rudeness and dangerous driving.
