Louise did a wonderful job of colouring my hair and then cut and styled to suit my face. The whole team are friendly. The salon is bright, contemporary and airy. Great service, very happy with hairstyle, will return again.

A dissapointing experience! In my first time, I have had a hair cut which was pretty good. Second time I went for some higlights and asked for a natural colour. I ended up having a full balayage with a colour I never asked for. Because she was supposed to dye the sections after she lightened them. But when she finished lightening, she was in a rush to get to another customer and she didn't even ask if I was happy with my hair. I went there second time and asked for a correction. This time, I ended up having three different hair colours! It was worse! and I have been treated as I was wrong. I have

Had some really good experiences here in the past but last time I had highlights they were done badly. The colour was not applied close to the roots so needed doing again within 2 weeks!!!! I was really disappointed as it was a complete waste of time and money, and it's not cheap. To be honest I felt a bit like I was in the way as my hairdresser was more interested in the balayage her colleague was doing than my highlights.

What a poor and bad first and only experience i had at this salon. I Had an appointment for eyelash extensions, which I never had before. but lady was ill that week I was told, which I went in and booked personally, the following week.
1hr before my appointment they canceled it saying lady ill again (sure)so went to another local lady, who treated me right and did a brill job, and will go back to her.
( One who fitted me in within an hour) of my so called appointment here.. I have heard nothing from this salon since, to re-book, so won't go back there. Since I was treated like this, don't recommend

I had my hair cut and coloured here yesterday (15th of October 2020) by Charlotte who stayed past close at 9pm to finish perfecting it. Louise, Hannah and all of the team at House of Klamer were lovely and welcoming, professional as well as taking the necessary precautions against the spread of COVID-19. I absolutely love my hair, Charlotte is the best and took great care and time perfecting it. Thank you so much, see you again soon!
