Landlords AVOID AVOID. The company was contracted to do a EICR. After the inspection the electrician almost ran off explaining that he had to "check something" before providing an answer as to whether it had passed or not. I am paying for the expertise and don't expect the contractor to have to check the regulations. In reality, one unused circuit had to be disconnected and one had to be downgraded. This is 5 minutes simple work and I would have been happy to pay a small charge on the same day to do the work. It was blatent profiteering and a second visit cost me over 240GBP. In addition there

Extremely unreliable. James left our premises with a problem so he could charge a return visit. When we followed up James shouted at us and claimed it is not his fault. Very unprofessional. We lost more than 120 as the work we paid for was never done.
