Commercial Window Cleaning

Our commercial window cleaning service utilises advanced ground-based technology and high-access platforms to clean buildings up to 80ft high. Trained operatives use hot water systems and water-fed poles for streak-free results while maintaining strict safety protocols. Clients benefit from longer-lasting cleanliness and enhanced property appearance.

High Access Cleaning

Specialist high access cleaning employs reach-and-wash poles and mobile platforms for buildings exceeding 80ft. Qualified operators conduct inspections, surveys, and cleaning in hard-to-reach areas while adhering to rigorous safety standards. This method ensures safe, efficient maintenance of elevated structures.

Gutter Cleaning

Professional gutter cleaning services prevent water damage using advanced pole systems and manual techniques. We clear debris from gutters, downpipes, and roof drainage systems for domestic and commercial properties, ensuring optimal water flow and structural protection.

Pressure Washing

High-pressure washing removes dirt, algae, and grime from patios, driveways, and building exteriors. Our environmentally friendly approach uses minimal detergent while achieving thorough cleaning results for both residential and business premises.

Solar Panel Cleaning

Specialised solar panel cleaning restores energy efficiency by removing dirt and debris from photovoltaic surfaces. Our non-abrasive methods ensure optimal light absorption while maintaining panel integrity for domestic and commercial installations.

I have been using Clean Assured for a good few years now. I switched provider from an independent window cleaner (using traditional window cleaning methods) to this company purely on the basis of cost as I was paying over the odds and Clean Assured are extremely reasonably priced and have tried to maintain their lower prices over the time I have been using them. I still get the same personal service as an independent provider (a call or text the night before they are in the area to see if I'd like my windows doing - about every 4/5 weeks) and a great clean. Given 4 stars instead of 5 as a clean

Excellent service provided by the team at Clean Assured. I've had to have my gutters unblocked 6 times this yr by various companies as they were constantly overflowing when it rained. No tradesmen have thought to see if the issue was with my downpipe. The boys from Clean Assured pin pointed the issue straight away,
that the whole of my downpipe was full of water due to a blockage into the main drain. They unblocked the drain & vacuumed out mine & my neighbours gutters. The team were polite, friendly & very accomodating as they realised that I'd had such a long on going issue with my gutters

Had windows cleaned and gutters cleared at the same time. Fantastic results! No longer looks like I have a garden growing in the gutters! They also managed to clean hard to reach windows, so really pleased. Great lads, professional and courteous.. highly recommend!
