Fantastic team, great location for local attractions. We are currently here over the Christmas period and I couldnt fault them. Wi-Fi is superb, rooms are clean and very well presented. The housekeeping team are very polite and caring and Chris included. They have turned a dark time for us into light and made to feel at home. Beds are extremely comfortable and rooms are spacious, facilities are plentiful and confectioneries arent in short supply. Very pleased and proud to have such a caring and fantastic hotel in Bournemouth.

My friends and I stayed here for a few days and it is close to the beach and the centre. The owner was always friendly and gave good suggestions. The breakfast was delicious and a great meal to start the day. Definitely would come visit again and I'd recommend it to everyone!

Bit of a gem! Spent out 30th Wedding Anniversary here. Wonderful greeting and service by Chris and the staff - including a box of chocs to celebrate! Beach and town accessible within a 20 or so minute walk. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel, super clean and modern rooms with such friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect and hotel is only a 15 min walk to the beach/town so good location. Parking permit on arrival right opposite the hotel which was even better! Even before we stayed we were really impressed, I stupidly booked the wrong month and Chris was so accommodating and rebooked us for the original date we required!
