Premier inn style buffet breakfast, unhelpful staff. Gorgeous room, great spa facilities but food and service were average to poor. no better than what you'd get from a 100 night hotel. Not good enough at their prices

Probably one of the most comfortable and luxurious hotels I've stayed in. The inset glass-fronted wood burning stove was a nice touch, and great to fall asleep in front of while laying on a bed the size of a tennis court. And open up the full width concertina doors and you suddenly feel outside, right up in the trees. A very special experience.

We stayed for 4 nights last week and can say it was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were all amazing and the room was perfect. Will definitely be returning and recommending to others.

Lovely room, spa and staff. Only significant let down was the the Air con in the room didn't work. Wasn't particularly hot (19 degrees) but having a 2 storey room on the second floor, the bed upstairs was very hot. We only stayed to nights and mentioned on 2nd day, but nothing changed and a really difficult sleep. So for 400 a night, to come home from a spa hotel feeling more tired than when you left is a real shame.

Never mind 5 stars, 1 million stars! This whole place is fantastic. The rooms, the spa and the bar in the reading room are amazing!!!! Well worth the money!!!!!
