Unbelievably fantastic customer service. I went in after having a disastrous cheap botch job of highlights which ruined my balayage hair that Ive had for years and they managed to fit me in on a cancellation the next day (despite having worked tirelessly since the salons opened). Ivana was fantastic, properly evaluated my mess of a hair and then successfully managed to darken the roots and whiten the rest as if nothing had ever gone wrong, spending over 4 hours doing so. Genuinely so thankful Ive found this salon Im never going anywhere else - worth every penny!!!

I have been going to hair art lounge since several years, and usually I am ecstatic when I leave. However, today the service, and the quality of my haircut were by far not up to their usual standard. The whole experience felt rushed. The consultation process was less than 2 min and I was not even asked how Id like to have my hair styled. I paid 65 and atm I am not sure if Id ever return.
