Worst service from any of "professional" I've received. Mark was very arrogant and not helpful in any respect. Contacted Hoole & Co via their phone number multiple times and arranged to get a signature witnessed in which the chap on the phone said he'd be in on Wednesday and would be happy to do it for 20. Came in and Mark rushed down into a meeting room, said have I arranged a meeting to which I said I hadn't as I was told I could pop in. Further to this he said I should have called him when there is only one phone number advertised and the receptionist stated everyone was in meetings 2 of the

I would advise anyone to use an alternative solicitor, all the care about is their revenue, they do not have the first clue about customer service, rude arrogant and obnoxious and frankly they dont give a monkeys about service as long as they take your money, would not touch them with a sh1*ty stick, avoid avoid avoid
