Through adding 28 SQM of additional space, we have been able to achieve an open plan living, kitchen and dining room which is perfect. As part of the full renovation of this family home in South East London, we designed and built the ground floor wraparound extension. The new space is flooded with natural light, thanks to the four large architectural skylights along the side return, and the full width.

We have designed this service for prospective homeowners who are looking to purchase a property but want to understand more about the potential to extend. A member of our Architectural Team will visit the property with you and advise on how to extend and/or reconfigure the existing layout, the planning considerations and the estimated build costs.

Undertaking a home extension is a large project and you should be completely comfortable with the company you choose to instruct for both the Design & Build Phase. We offer a two-stage process so you are able to commit to the Design Phase and keep your options open when it comes to assigning a contractor for your Build.
