BEWARE OF THIS NEGLIGENT AND DISHONEST BUILDING COMPANY.
Woodnut Construction & Development Limited was contracted by another company to renovate a building adjoining our building which has a flat roof and is two storeys lower. The company, with our permission, worked off scaffold erected on our building. In the flat roof is a rainwater outlet connected to a drainpipe which goes down through the first floor flat and ground floor shop. My email was sent to Alex Williams, Woodnuts director, telling him on Friday:
There is now a considerable amount of rubble on our roof and in the gutter

I had sound-proofing recently installed by Woodnut Construction & Developments. They have been absolutely fantastic! The results of the insulation exceeded all expectations. They have maintained a high level of professionalism and a great deal of patience from start to finish. I was especially impressed with how clean they left the place each day in spite of returning to work again the following day. From my experience with them I highly recommend. They have truly been brilliant. The sound proofing has made a world of difference to my life, my health and peace of mind. Very much appreciated.
