Attended the salon for the first time today. Had my hair restyled by staff member Charlie. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic service and quality of cut. Disappointing treatment of apprentice staff. Dismissed just before Christmas for trivial itemised issues, very calculated. Bizarre as staff member was taken on apparently for the long haul. This was very important apparently to the employer. Staff member was working very well and hard within the salon for very little pay! Then let go very quickly once a replacement was found. Seemed very pay related and salon did not provide expected and promised experience then penalised employee for it after 2 years of continuous service. Once gained level 2 qualification dropped wage like a punishment and then

Had a wash cut and blow dry which I have to say turned out quite nice. It was my first visit and I feel as though I was taken advantage of as I feel I was overcharged. Was charged for a restyle at 55 when I had my usual style and had booked for a cut and blow dry
