Fantastic place. They make you feel so at home. Abbie did my hair today after a great consultation and I am so happy. I cant really say enough about the whole team, every one of them care so much about their customers. The best ever hair wash from Rachel, her head massage is just too short and Ellinor does the perfect manicure. But most of all it is a wonderful place to put yourself in the hands of a team that work so beautifully together to make your experience so special

I wanted to say thank you to Mark who has been spotless in cutting and restyling my hair.... He was professional, quick and friendly. Also thank you to Grace who was also lovely in washing my hair and massaging my head very gently . Great customer service , I will definitely recommend this salon.

I was going here in the lead up to my wedding. The last hair colour before the big day and my stylist put the wrong colour on my head. They failed to do anything about this and actually hid. I ended up panicking and asking other stylists what was going on as I had been left for so long and my hair was so dark. I was the last person in the shop and my hair was ruined. They locked the door and asked me to pay despite me saying that my hair was awful and mutiple shades of purple (it was meant to be rose gold). I was so upset and felt pressured into paying. I ended up having to spend hundreds and travelling
