I have used the salon in the past for extensions, and although I have no complain about the quality of the work (although it was massively overpriced), I must express my disappointment at their recent lack of professionalism: I went back to ask about having some blue highlights or extensions done. The girl (whose name I don't recall) took a sample of my hair and my contact details and said someone will be in touch with me soon. I waited a week, and as no one got in touch with me I decided to call again in case they had taken down the wrong number. I spoke to another girl, who took my name and number

The girls are absolutely lovely & the salon itself is beautiful & clean, however my experience was not the relaxing, pamper experience I'd hoped for. Also, my haircut is ok, but it's not a 40 haircut. Disappointing after reading their website. Maybe it's a post covid blip??

My first visit was a very nice experience. Jody cut my long hair perfectly. Im a perfectionist when it comes to my hair and Jody did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend Jody for cutting long hair.

The team at Emma Hellier never fail to make me feel welcomed. I was recommended this salon by a friend and I've never been anywhere else since. I always leave feeling pampered, looked after and with the best hair!

I saw Fran in October and we discussed my foil highlights at length...colour swatches were provided and Fran was very patient as I was rather nervous about the result. We also discussed the cut and finish. I don't say a lot when my hair is finished as I take a while to process the changes but I was really pleased with the end result and felt like me for the first time in years. I continue to be happy with my colour 8 weeks on. Great saloon !
