I don’t normally leave reviews or give feedback but thought I’d share my experience with Jay and Sarah. With me as well as the usual customer service you expect I like the little things. Jay kept giving me… updates of my new car been detailed with pictures, contact was fantastic abc asked me when I’d like to collect instead of been told when I can. I arrived at their show room greeted with a smile and and fist pump (covid rules). My car was sat there gleaming. I was instantly offered a drink for myself, wife and daughter, which we obliged. I bought my 1st Bmw 335d from Que automotive back in March this year I 100% recommended buying a car from here staff are so friendly and not pushy the service was made so easy! I will definitely be back for another car but at the moment I’m still obsessed with this one

Bought a BMW from Jay and Sarah a week ago and I can honestly say I have never had such good service in all the times I have bought our cars they were honest helpful and extremely welcoming we were travelling a long way for this car so Jay said he would stop others viewing until we had seen it and true to his word he did , and yes we bought the car… it was just as Jay and Sarah had said it was Emmaculate we were given refreshments and Jay and Sarah brought the car to us the following day if you want no hassle honesty and extremely good service look no further and when we need another car

So bought a very nice 430D paid the full asking price as the car presents beautiful. Breaks started to squeek like a bus contacted Sarah who very nicely ordered replacement after when had car into my garage and had them cleaned which made no difference. New ones arrived after a couple of weeks fitted them and no more squeek, sent receipts for the 2… visits to my garage which I got a thank you from Sarah by email. However that's as far as it went various messages and emails no response at at. I mean didn't go to BMW a d charge a fortune so you would think they would be happy to remburse me

A really professional, no pressure and friendly experience with Jay and Sarah. I reserved a beautiful M140i with the guys. They patiently held it for about 2 weeks due to my circumstances and they quickly answered any enquiries I made. Unfortunately I could not follow through with the purchase due to my situation changing. I explained this to Jay and Sarah and they were absolutely brilliant, no issue with zero anamosity. Nothing but smiles and good vibes, these guys are self confessed petrol heads. I had my deposit back in my account within 30 mins. I would recommend Que automotive to anyone
