I have used Flame Urban Spa twice so far. I have found the staff to be polite and professional. I had my hair cut and blow dry by Jen pre-Covid and she was amazing. I was nervous for my 1st intimate waxing today which was done by Lisa, she made me feel clam and the atmosphere was good. Vanessa was very informative and friendly. I will be using them again and would recommend. Also a great bonus is there ample parking.

I come here for my intimate waxing and Natasha does my wax she is so lovely and does such a great job and really takes her time to ensure every hair is gone to ensure her customers are happy.. it can be awkward going for this wax but she makes you feel at ease she is also so easy to talk to I just cant fault this service
