Staff were really friendly and welcoming, the salon itself is really clean and smelled lovely. But I was really disappointed with my lash extensions, I didnt like the final look and friends said they looked awful, they were clumpy and big chunks of clue with big bunches of lashes stuck together they were in all different directions and irritating my eye. Some of the lashes were trimmed after theyd been applied so didnt look natural. I had to Returned the next day and they fixed the problem wasting more of my time. I still had to go get them taken out at a different salon and redone costing
