Shocking. We had a flat lined up, had paid the dpeosits, had references accepted and were ready to move in. Then, ONE DAY before we were meant to move in i had a call that the landlady has pulled out of the contract. Number 1 this is illegal and we have entered seperate proceedings with the landlady (avoid 106a commercial road), and no.2 the agency were beyond useless. They did not fight for us at all, would not even give us the contact details of the landlady. They told us they would stop workign with the landlady but i kept seeing the property newly advertised by them, illustrating how they blatantly

I do not recommend the agency. It was very difficult to get maintenance help (they repaired the non-working boiler after 4 months without heating), had to call them every few days if needed anything. They entered the room when I was not at home and at the end of the contract they tried to steal part of the deposit by inventing fake reasons - almost two months - still waiting for my deposit to be returned. I do not recommend renting anything from them.

Jay seems a nice guy. He helped us to do all the paperwork. After a couple of issues, the agency give us a solution. But Maintenance is slow, depending on what you need, sort of things they will sent someone to fix it, and other big things they take their time to do it. Like for example the windows, its coming cold from outside and the house its getting colder, they came and checked twice and Im still waiting. This issues are a big problem specially when you have a newborn and small children. I expected from them to be more fast and efficient, but seems like they dont rush anything

I requested to speak to a agent in regards of a commercial property, didnt hear for a week and then called today and they are saying if they havnt called you their is an offer for it, thats a joke i was ready to put a much better offer. Sad for the landlord missed out on a years rent as deposit.
