Not recommended. On entry was greeted with loud music (not to my taste), more effort put into presentation of salon than the customers, asked to turn it down a bit was told others like it and it stays ... went downhill from there. Mediocre (functional) hair cut for which I paid a premium, on recommendation for good service and attention to detail which did not transpire. The Stylist (rounded elderly man in 60s with glasses) seemed more interested in talking on phone and to others, and playing up to apparent acolytes. Utter farce and for what was delivered extremely poor value for month. Could have

Went in on recommendation for hair styling, to be hit instantly on arrival by quite loud (and not to my taste music), asked them to turn down a bit - and was told 'everyone else likes it - its staying'. My experience did not improve - mediocre result, that took longer than expected by a stylist (smug, older rounded man, possibly owner - looked 60s) who seemed to want to be elsewhere, talking on phone, wondering about talking to others ... really didn't feel special, results were passable but nothing that couldn't have been got for 1/3 price elsewhere .... certainly not the money paid ... will not

More emphasis on superficial 'cool' appearance/window dressing, than substance/delivery. in terms of quality of service. Underwhelming (expensive) experience with mediocre results Don't recommend and won't be returning.

Once again absolutely satisfied with my hair cut trip at Guy Kremer! It was nice and easy to book the appointment and receiving a confirmation text gave me a peace in mind. I did not need to wait for long for my 9am Saturday appointment. Having a thick, uneven-curl, coarse, extra volume, long hair it is always tricky to cut. My stylist Tom listened very carefully for what I was looking for and catered the way of cutting to suit my hairs needs. He also did the blow dry styling very nicely which made my hair look healthy and soft. I cannot address how happy Im with the result! And again
