The staff in this hotel are the best!!! I just want to mention the two guys who were on duty in the bar in the afternoon on Sunday 19th of December. Incredible customer service. It was a very brief visit but made a huge impression .

Just want to say how much my friends and I enjoyed our mini break at the Waterfoot Hotel in Derry . From the minute we arrived till the time we left we couldn't have been treated any better. The reception staff were brilliant the rooms were lovely comfortable and spotless. The staff in the restaurant and bar were friendly cheerful and welcoming. The food in the hotel was delicious and beautifully presented and our group enjoyed every minute. Would also like to say the people of Derry were also welcoming friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating from the train station taxi drivers and

Very friendly staff. Warm comfortable rooms and very clean and very good restaurant. Only criticism I have is the access to reception outside the building, too many steps and no ramp for those who used the disabled parking right outside.

This is a review for the Sunday Lunch only.
Lets start with the positives. Food reasonably priced, quality and portion size ok, if you want more meat go for the Roast Beef. No roast parsnips sadly and veg slightly boring. Nothing amazing but nothing bad either, a bit above average. A nice this was there was a roast and alternatives. The toilets also good
Issues, had to ask for the wine list, was told that the brands may be slightly different, that was ok but surely it should have been offered or just left on the table with the food menu. Asked for water for the table, this should be provided
