Expectation management is extremely poor - for a simple property purchase with no chain, I was assured that this would be simple and a date for completion was agreed.
Ive now been waiting on reports for weeks, having been promised them weeks ago.
Dodging my phone calls, not responding to my emails in a timely manner, and certainly not at all bothered about providing anything like a transparent or professional service. I will not be using them again.

I contacted Hibberts to deal with my divorce, I was contacted by Donna Riley who is the head of the family law dept and was immediately impressed by her professionalism and knowledge.
Donna put me at ease straight away and explained everything she would do thoroughly, she explained the procedures and what would happen and importantly how much it would cost. A divorce is never an easy thing to discuss but Donna made it very easy and was sympathetic at the same time, I was extremely happy to have her as my solicitor and would have no problem recommending her to anyone who needs a family law Solicitor
