We had a booking confirmed to view a property at 11:30. At 11:40 we called and were told the agent had already left to come to the flat (and a confirmation of our 11:30 slot), a ~9 minute drive away. Twenty minutes later they still didnt show and hung up when we called to ask when they would show. Thoroughly disappointing

Scheduled a valuation appointment with them. Tried to ring 3 times for confirmation no answer. So I drove 40 mins to the appointment then was told over the phone its cancelled due to no confirmationno email no text no callback whatsoever. Very unprofessional and complete time waster

My home was advertised with Chancellors Stanmore for four months. They were unable to sell. I hoped the process would be much smoother however just a few weeks in there were several careless errors and delays to the ad. They really dont listen to what you want and they only decided to rectify the ad issues I raised three months later after I gave my termination notice.

Shocking customer service and professionalism. We wasted 5 months with Chancellors with no guidence on the market and with no recommendations of pricing. We decided to use Chancellor's based on the employee who came and done the valuation, only to find out a few months later that he had left. No one thought to let us know about this so we did not know who our main point of contact was.
Employees were 9/10 late for viewings leaving the viewers outside waiting and chatting to us, employees who did attend did not know anything about the property so when they were asked questions by the viewer they
