Utterly fabulous. The staff were wonderful, the food incredible. Gluten-free and vegan options catered for. The Specials had been snapped up, and alternatives were suggested. We will be back! Truly fantastic night, thank you

I loved my weekend away, lovely BB, fabulous food and service. A little noisy with road traffic but nothing i couldn't sleep through after a few glasses of prosecco..lol
Staff were amazing, so accommodating, you only had to ask and you got, i like the passion that they put into ttere jobs. Emma was great
Our room could of done done with a little tlc, but the bed was clean and comfy and the shower was amazing. Thanks Emma for making our stay so memorable for our 3rd Anniversary.

Just had Christmas Lunch, unfortunately it left a lot to be desired. The plus point was that the ambiance was welcoming with a lovely log fire. There was a distinct lack of Christmas decor around the room and none on the tables.
Considering we paid 85 pp, the turkey lunch lacked the trimmings. No stuffing, pigs in blankets, apple / cranberry sauce. Turkey was not from an actual bird but slices from a roll. The plate swam in gravy which was made from granules & water. The steak choice just had chips & green beans. The Lobster was hardly edible - nutcrackers were provided to get the meat out
