Contacted Berriman Eaton to sell our family home. From the start of the process, all the way through to the end. The service has been absolutely first class. They demonstrated quickly the benefits of using an established and experienced estate agent by valuing our home diligently and accurately. As it became clear when we went up for sale that other local agents had undervalued it. We started receiving offers straight away, even priced at more than we thought it was worth ourselves. Sold my house through Berriman Eaton. All staff were very helpful and polite. Linda who dealt with the process once offer was made just fantastic! It took 5 months to sort out the sale but that was due to buyers mortgage lender plus Pandemic. Linda would update us and the buyer at all times. The Solicitors recommended by her too done a fantastic job too.
