It's not all about coming in for a full meal and enjoying our special homemade cuisine. Now we are developing a tapas service, based on smaller snacks, light snacks and perhaps a refreshing drink - right up there with the highest quality. I have been coming to this restaurant for 28 years and would recommend that you try this dish which is a favourite of mine. It is available as a mediu. The greater proportion of hot spices in these curries lend a fiery taste to their richness. Available as a hot Madras of fiery Vindaloo. Marinated in Mustard Oil and Yoghurt sauce, with selected exotic herbs barbecued in a charcoal fired clay oven and served on a sizzler.
