Sara Estate (Sara & Poya) didnt register my deposit and didnt give it back. They charge commission and also scam you. Theyve scammed many people. The 5 star feedbacks are fake. Dont trust them at all.

AVOID! Sara Estate are CHARLATANS! Sara (Arefeh Yavari), Poya and Amin. They registered my deposit 5 months late and then came up with lies and excuses to keep the deposit. They lie to you about the law and apart for taking commission, theyve scammed many clients taking big chunks of money and not returning deposits. They advertise properties that are already occupied as available and ask for deposit from people and dont give it back (there are people who want the flats without viewing). This agency fakes 5 star reviews on google, etc. They keep changing office, constantly scamming
