Awful customer service and very dismissive when I have been trying bear with them and be understanding of their business difficulty during COVID restrictions. I now have a root canal needed which they have been delaying since 2020 and I called today about a tooth which partially broke over Christmas, leaving me with a very swollen and painful jaw for the last 6 days. I was told to call back Friday to try and book an appointment and when I said that seemed like a very long way round to even book for an appointment and that I was desperate I was rudely asked why I didn't call first thing this morning

If I could give cosmetic white smiles 1000 stars I would! I am truly petrified when it comes to attending a dentist surgery. This practice was highly recommended to me and I certainly know why. For anyone reading this who is petrified of dentist surgerys believe me when I say there is no need to be if you attend here. My dentist was S Vallabh I cannot give this dentist enough praise as there are no words to explain just how good he was. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out after my treatment I cannot speak highly enough of how good he was and what a truly lovely person he was

Cant recommend highly enough! I needed a new retainer having recently had Invisalign and I approached Dr Neil Patel as I disliked the service at my previous dentist. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days and retainers fit, made and delivered in a week. I was even offered a full check up! The facilities and overall service was excellent . Thank you
