Just been to see a lady dentist(can't remember her name!) who was new to me. She was lovely, thorough and explained everything very clearly. Hope to see her next time, in fact all the staff I had to deal with were very polite and professional. Thankyou.

Had an extraction today. I've never had one under local anisthetic and we didn't know whether the tooth would break on extraction due to its condition. I was really scared as I had no control over what was going to happen and really worried about the recovery. The dentist had the tooth out in 60 seconds. Hated every second but I'm so relieved he managed the situation the way he did. Thank you

Went to the dentist as a referral and was very nervous due to a previous attempt at removing a wisdom tooth. The dentist I saw was friendly and reassuring. He removed the tooth without me even realising! The dentist was that good I have swapped dentist. Truly a magician !!! Thank you

My son had four teeth extracted this afternoon ready to have braces fitted, the dentist and her assistant were lovely and the whole extraction lasted about 5-10 minutes with no problems at all, real quick and caring all in all and the lady on the reception was brilliant and really helpful, top marks to you all

Today I telephoned JDRM dentists in Coalville to seek help for my daughter who had broken a tooth. The reception was very positive, friendly and helpful. I was able to take my daughter to an appointment that was sorted immediately as we are registered at the practice. On arrival seen very promptly and dental examination was quickly made. My daughter was treated then and there with no fuss, professional and caring treatment. Everyone was so helpful and I felt we had excellent service. Thank you JDRM dental practice. I rate your service 5 stars.

I hate dentists, usually . However hdrm in Coalville have been very professional. The dentist (Andreas charalamtous) was so kind and understanding. He took my nervousness away with how carrying he was. Asking me if I was okay through the procedure. I needed a fair few fillings and and route canal, he made my experience pleasant. I didnt want to go private but this is worth paying for. No longer in pain and I was dealt with in a lovely way! Thankyou Jdrm

Went to JDRM today for a deep clean and filling, I was nervous about the deep clean as I was told it hurts your teeth, mine being very sensitive But I knew I needed this doing. This was the second time , I met my dentist doing my treatment and he was kind, gentle and reassuring. He explained everything he was doing , even with the injections. His assistant was lovely too, made a brilliant job of cleaning and the filling. Highly recommend.....A big thank you....p.s sorry I don't know your names.
