This hair brand is absolutely amazing! I have used several others and this is my favourite by far and now my only one use and will ever use. Received hair first set was clumping together and shedding loads contacted routes and they were lovely and helpful wiling to change these and they upgraded hair as well which was so kind. So I received my 2nd set my hair dresser put them in and they kept shedding and still needed to brush them on constant basis as they kept clumping contacted routes who replied that I needed to follow the after care with a protein spray which is fine purchased that but why would they clump and shed the next day I have them in. When I brush them they go all fuzzy and shed and clump together i have wore extensions

I bought a ponytail from the website and can honestly say that its the best ponytail ive bought. Ive had about three from other suppliers in the past, all above 200. These ponytails are under 50 pound and even better quality. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND
