Just joined this dentist but found all staff extremely rude and unwelcoming. I had to wait outside the practice in the cold for 15 minutes prior to my appointment in a dingey dark shared car park. Dr Tailor/ Taylor was very stuck up and did not even smile despite me trying to engage in conversation with her as I had just joined the dental practice and this was my first appointment there. After completing my checkup , she kept trying to up-sell me a hygienist appointment. I kept expressing that I am very keen to get this booked in but am not in the position financially at the moment. Great staff, easy booking and assessment process. Very impressed with Dr Ghobrial and her assistant - professional and dedicated. Properly explained what, how and when it will be done. Never felt a thing during treatment :) Highly recommended their service!

Excellent customer service and support from the team here. Dr Tailor has made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout all my procedures. The nursing team are incredible - so supportive and accommodating to my needs. Ive undergone a wisdom tooth extraction and a number of other procedures and Im happy to report that it has been pain free for the most part due to the teams excellent assessments and treatments for my needs. The Invisalign journey has been wonderful and Id highly recommended this practice if yours looking for that wow factor, natural smile! COVID measures are fantastic

Was really nervous today knowing I had to have a tooth out and it wasnt a simple extraction, on meeting pooja I felt at ease! Iv had teeth out before and the anaesthetic injection can really hurt I can say I did not feel a thing the way she did it in fact I did not feel the hole thing, she was Brilliant as she had a really hard tooth to get out that kept braking really professional young lady really pleased with her work
