Unprofessional. Called up for emergency appointment, they took details and told me they would call me back same day or the day after and if I don't hear back to call the next day. I didn't hear back so I called up the next day only to be told they are not taking on any new NHS patients and to go with their private option in Maidenhead.

I had called up for brother who was getting excruciating pain today. The receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. I understand its a private practise and I suggest she learns some manners. It seemed like she was fed up with work if this job isnt for you I suggest you leave hun.

I had to book an emergency appointment (they are not my usual dentist). Through a scan they discovered a huge abscess caused by an ill fitting previous tooth repair. I am a very nervous patient and they put me so at ease and explained that they would sedate me and how everything would work. It didn't hurt and I came to completely relaxed. Thank you for calming a tearful me! Extremely professional and knowledgeable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
